Our cognitive wellness services

At SAGE brain for cognitive wellness, we support seniors and individuals dedicated to optimizing their cognitive health. Our services include small group classes and private cognitive coaching sessions, as well as a song writing workshop, all designed to foster mental agility and well-being.

Small group classes

Led by a Certified Dementia Care Practitioner (CDP), our on-going, one-hour classes offer brain health strategies, memory enrichment activities, nutritional guidance, mental agility exercises and social engagement. We are mobile and will come to your assisted, independent or memory care community in the St. Johns County area.

Private cognitive coaching

Receive personalized one-on-one coaching from a Certified Dementia Care Practitioner / brain health educator, tailored to your specific cognitive goals and needs for a focused and impactful experience.

A SAGE brain coach will come to your home or community setting for one-hour sessions.

Song writing workshops

 Led by a Certified Dementia Practitioner and a professional musician / educator, this unique offering delivers cognitive stimulation through a creative explosion of brainstorming, writing techniques and interactive singing. This program has been well received at both Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.
